Further Pictures from Epstein Estate Released by Democratic Party US Legislators
Site layouts for the financier's secluded Caribbean island among the photographs.
Additionally included in this recent document release is shown to be a property layout for the Great St James island, located in the US Virgin Islands.
Epstein bought a more modest island - Little St James - originally in 1998, but subsequently obtained the more expansive Great St James in 2016 for around $22.5 million.
These photos reveal he had created development schemes to develop the sprawling island by building homes, an performance venue, an submerged workspace and a reservoir.
Visible on the drawing is a local waterway, a waterway in the territory, marked on the bottom right.
This development map is annotated in notations in red and contains a notes section identifying various sections of the property.
Accompanying the main plan are what appear to be an additional nine site drawings and construction drawings, featuring designs for marina coverings.
Additional materials released as part of the ongoing oversight release.
